This notice applies to enquiries submitted through the Qijia Stone website. Updated 6 September 2026.
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, company, country or region, email, phone or WhatsApp, stone and fabrication requirements, quantity or specification, message, and page or UTM information used to understand the enquiry source.
We use this information only to respond, prepare quotations, follow up projects, understand marketing sources, and prevent spam or duplicate submissions. Please do not submit unrelated sensitive personal information.
To preserve the entry source across site navigation, temporary storage in this tab keeps the visit's landing path, UTM campaign parameters and external referring domain. After 30 minutes without a page visit or enquiry submission, the record expires when next used. External URL queries are not retained. These details are sent only with an enquiry you consent to submit; no advertising tracker or cross-site identifier is used. If the browser provides no source, it is recorded as direct or unknown. These records do not measure search rankings or AI citation counts.
Enquiries are currently stored through Netlify Forms. Hosting and form providers may process the data under their service terms to operate the site and receive submissions. We do not sell enquiry information.
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for customer communication, quotation follow-up, compliance, and security, then delete or anonymise it.
You may request access, correction, or deletion. Send the request through this site's enquiry form and include the original enquiry reference and email address for verification.
