ORDER JOURNEY
Payment ratios, production lead time, trade terms and transport arrangements follow the confirmed quotation and order documents.

Quotation confirmation & drawing review
Confirm the quotation, then review drawings, dimensions, tolerances, piece marks, edges and fabrication requirements as the production reference.

Contract signing & deposit
Once the quotation and drawings are approved, the contract is signed and the deposit secures the order before material preparation and production are scheduled.

Fabrication & inspection
Cutting, finishing and custom fabrication follow the approved information, with material, dimensions, quantities and workmanship checked at key stages.

Export packing confirmation
Confirm the packing structure, protective reinforcement, shipping marks, handling and container-loading requirements.

Balance payment
After final inspection and packing approval, settle the order balance as agreed so the shipment can proceed.

Dispatch & receipt
We coordinate container loading and export transport and provide the relevant shipping documents. The customer arranges clearance, receipt and acceptance.
